Something happens when an Indian bride gets married, not only does she get a husband she also finds a family and in most cases a doting mother in law. For Geeta, Lata, Shyama and Pushpa their relationship with their mother in law Anuradha Kittur spanned many decades. From living in a large joint family in the early days raising and educating their children, pursuing their own professions, careers and interests with utmost grace as well as resilience the daughters in law and grand daughters in law Vaishali and Arpita have found unwavering support and inspiration from the person they fondly called aai or ajji respectively. Geeta kaki also gives a synopsis on the book" Maage valun paahatana" written by ajji and published when she was 98 years old. I, Rani proudly present the 4th part of the audio series dedicated to the life and times of our dearest ajji produced by Evergreen story and narrated to Uday by my mother Mrs. Lata Kittur, aunt Dr.Geeta Kittur and sister in law Vaishali from their home in Belgaum fondly remembering Mrs. Anuradha Kittur, our beloved ajji, their dear departed friend.
