Mrs. Supriya Mancherji owner of the restaurant Mancherji’s in Kolkata, has been successfully running a Parsi and Bengali cuisine restaurant since 2005. Hilla Mancherji, Supriya’s mother-in-law and her inspiration introduced her to the world of Parsi cuisine. First, through her home kitchen Mrs. Supriya Mancherji delivered food to Parsi households and then slowly moved to supply food to office goers and then finally in 2005 she decided to move into a larger space and feed many more people. She is extremely popular for her keen and dynamic business acumen, her ability to rustle up delectable and mouth-watering meals and treat each customer with so much affection and warmth.
