Hilla Mancherji, Supriya’s mother-in-law and her inspiration introduced her to the world of Parsi cuisine. First, through her home kitchen Mrs. Supriya Mancherji delivered food to Parsi households and then slowly moved to supply food to office goers and then finally in 2005 she decided to move into a larger space and feed many more people.
