She soon grew the business to employ up to thirty women in her thriving kitchen. To this day, in her seventies, Nandini Chapalgaonkar continues tirelessly with divine endeavor. Savvy on social media and having a long experience of news reporting, Bhakti started a FaceBook group: Mumbai Swayampakghar (Mumbai Kitchen in Marathi) to carefully curate and preserve her mother’s recipes.
