Thomas Fenn moved to Delhi from Kerala to pursue his graduation from St. Stephens. While in Delhi, he identified the need for a sit down restaurant that specialises in Kerala cuisine. So, six years ago, he co-founded Mahabelly, one of Delhi’s finest and much loved Kerala cuisine restaurants. Thomas talks about the conceptualisation of Mahabelly and his experience as a young entrepreneur. We also touch upon Mahabelly’s very popular Onam Sadhya and the planning and the hard work that goes on behind the scenes.
